These terms govern your use of the Phantom Couriers virtual mailbox service, operated from 329 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC.
Account activation
Your account is not fully activated until you complete identity verification and our team reviews and approves it, consistent with regulatory requirements for mail receiving agencies.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly in CAD and include a set number of scans. Additional scans, forwarding, pickup, and shredding are billed separately as used. Forwarding is only charged after you approve a shipping quote.
Prohibited mail
You may not use your mailbox to receive illegal items or items that violate carrier or postal regulations. We may refuse, return, or report such items as required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts.
